What do you advise on?

Primarily banking, insurance, and government advisory, along with other regulated sectors such as healthcare and aviation.

How do engagements work?

Most start with a complimentary introductory call to scope the problem. From there, engagements range from focused advisory sessions to longer architecture and governance work.

Do you speak or teach?

Yes. I teach AI leadership in executive programs at MIT, Cambridge, and Cornell. I'm also available for keynotes, panels, and executive workshops.
