Speaking

Keynotes, panels, and executive sessions on making AI accountable by design. I speak to boards, executive teams, and Chief AI Officer audiences, drawing on twenty years leading technology programs in regulated industries, doctoral research at Purdue, and legal training. Available in English and Spanish, in person or virtually.

Topics

Verification by design. How to build assurance into AI systems that inform consequential decisions, so that accountability is a property of the design rather than an audit after the fact.

AI governance that holds up under scrutiny. What regulators, auditors, and boards will ask about an AI-supported decision, and how an institution can be ready to answer.

Contracting for AI. Aligning vendor agreements with how the technology actually works: data flows, subprocessors, traceability, and exit.

Leading AI adoption in regulated institutions. Why so many enterprise AI programs stall in the gap between a sound design and an institution's ability to use it, and what leaders can do about it.
